I maintain a highly communicative relationship with tenants and can mediate and anticipate many issues even before they occur and fix it without your involvement. ( I set up meetings to update you periodically but unless its an emergency to your property you won't hear from me!)

No Hidden fees, FLAT FEE OF 5% monthly of the rent amount you charge for property management services.
And if you need help finding a AAA Tenant I charge a flat fee of $400 (Realtors charge a full one months rent! And are not experienced in tenant screening and identifying fake credit report documents!!)

Property Manamagement companies might have fancier offices but DO NOT actually have a one to one close relationship with tenants. I create a friendship with tenants in order to anticipate issues before they arise.
