No smoking, no pet, no party at home, wi-fi, water, gas, electricity included, street parking. The house requires to be quiet at least from 11PM to 7AM morning so that everyone can sleep and then work/study, door to be closed/opened quietly and mindfully, no slamming.
Tenant is willing to provide employment letter or student ID.
