2012 Shasta Revere for sale on rented spot close to beautiful Lake Mushamush. Don't buy this trailer to take it away; buy it because of where it is. Rent for the spot is not included in the price, so you'd have to take that over. The property owner lives nearby and is great to deal with. The most cost effective way to get a spot near the lake.
Trailer is in good condition, located between Sucker Lake and Big Lake Mushamush near Bridgewater. It has a queen bed and 2 bunks, with lots of storage. Also the dinette can be arranged for sleeping. There is a second door/exit in the bathroom, which makes the bathroom a little bigger than most trailers this size. When we bought the trailer (new), we purchased one without slides to avoid any potential leaks or other slide issues. Heat, hot-water, AC and awning all work.
There is a nice large deck, along with a gazebo just off the deck. If you like to fish, Sucker Lake is less than a hundred feet from the trailer and is stocked with trout by the DNR. The public boat launch for Big Mushamush is about a one minute walk away. If you have a boat, there is room on the property for your trailer. It's a beautiful spot. The attached pictures are mostly from last summer. I'll try to get some interior pictures this weekend.
All outside furniture is included. The deck is included with the trailer if you ever decide to take them away. For shopping, the Bridgewater Walmart and Canadian Tire are 10-15 minutes away.
