We bought it custom made at EQ3 for $2800 about 5 years ago, it comes from a pet friendly home.

The sectional is a left hand facing chase, it comes apart into two sections (see picture for details), it has minor discolouration and slight fabric pilling on one corner but it's otherwise in fairly good condition.
