If you have looked into what crap the new trailers of today are like, do yourself a favour and look at how poorly constructed they are... go on u-tube and check it out what ppl are going through buying new ones.
I lived in this trailer for 2 yrs, both winters were no problem, it has a insulated bottom belly, it's uses propane heat and holds the heat very good.
It's a must see, you will not be disappointed, it's a handy man's DREAM, or a good profit for someone that has the time/ space to buy/ sell items,
