Old but in good shape. No leaks, no mice. Fiberglass roof. Stove, fridge and furnace all work. We wanted to update the interior and use it but don't seem to have the time. It was previously used on a trailer and therfore does nor have the hydraulic jacks to lift it into a truck bed. I can help load it onto your trailer or truck.
