The apartment itself is shared with myself (26f) and my partner (26m) whose bedroom is located in the basement.

Move-in date is set for June 1st, but the room is available immediately.

-Furniture (however, the living/dining room is furnished)

No pets
No smoking indoors (there's a psuedo patio for that)
