Very clean trailer. Never Smoked in, no leaks, no mice, no water damage. It's around 24 ft with all the drive lights working. Has a hitch for hooking up another trailer.
Super clean and comfy inside. Cozy. No Slides to worry about leaking. Can sleep 6 but 4 is more comfortable. Full washroom, microwave, stove, oven, Fridge, AC. Solar set up for your off grid adventures.
Trailer pulls well with good tires. You won't need a Monster Truck to haul this one.
The Hot Water stopped working late last season. I believe it's a rather simple part replacement but I couldn't find the part number for the suspect part this morning. The Awning is in decent shape and fully functional, just shows a little wear.
There is some damage to the rear from the previous owner. Looks like they backed into something. It has been all shored up and has never been a issue since I had it.
I've had this parked at the lake for the last 2 seasons but alas... Not getting the lot this year.
