About Us:
Action Freightlines Corp is a fast-growing trucking company based in Brampton, ON, focused on providing reliable and efficient freight services across North America. We are currently expanding and looking for a driven, hands-on Fleet Operations Manager to lead and grow our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of a growing fleet of trucks

Recruit, retain, and support qualified drivers

Oversee dispatch, load planning, and route optimization

Ensure on-time deliveries, DOT compliance, and safety standards

Provide outstanding service to brokers and direct customers

Track fleet performance and continuously improve operational KPIs

Compensation Structure:
Base Salary: $2,000/month (Payable only if minimum 4 trucks operate at 10,000 miles/month)

Commission: $200 per truck per month, uncapped earnings

Example: 6 trucks running = $1,200 commission $2,000 base (if qualifying)

Ideal Candidate:
2 years experience in fleet or dispatch management (trucking industry preferred)

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Proven ability to recruit and manage drivers

Understanding of North American freight lanes and compliance standards

Entrepreneurial mindset—willing to grow with the company

Tech-savvy (TMS, ELD platforms, spreadsheets)
