Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals, focusing on Japanese cuisine such as sushi, donburi
- Prepare customized sushi sets according to specific customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Monitor food inventory and maintain stock
- Follow food safety regulations
- Portion, wrap, and store food properly
- Clean and sanitize workstations, kitchen tools, and appliances
- Handle deliveries and store ingredients in proper areas
- Assist with dish washing and basic prep work as needed


Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- At least 1 year of experience working with Japanese food
- Valid Food Safety Certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Have basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
