We are moving to Kingston in May and have never been there before. So we are looking for a short term summer sublet until August 31, 2025 and open to extending or not. Just hoping to find a small space to come catch our bearings and discover where we are best suited. We also have a lot of plans for exploring, camping, day trips etc so we will often be out and about. We are a very clean, quiet, respectful and friendly family. No pets and non smoker. Happy to sign a short term lease and can also provide a standard short term sublease as well. Currently I am enrolled in 4 different online courses as is my daughter. We also both have work when we arrive. We are not bringing any furniture or many belongings for the summer until we are ready to lay down roots. Open to any spaces available as we really don't require much space for the summer. I am happy to answer any questions you may have and really look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for reading.
