✅ What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge of North American geography

Experience using freight boards like DAT

Familiarity with FleetManager TMS systems

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Customer service mindset with strong attention to detail

Understanding of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations

Record keeping and coordination skills

Immediate availability is preferred
