We are currently seeking a Skilled Dozer Operator to join our dynamic team. We are currently working in Morley AB. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, proven experience operating bulldozers in various terrain and weather conditions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position plays a critical role in site preparation, earthmoving, and land development projects.

Responsibilities:

* Operate dozers to perform tasks such as land clearing, grading, ditching, backfilling, and slope work.
* Work with site supervisors to ensure accurate and efficient completion of job site requirements.
* Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
* Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any mechanical issues promptly.
* Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and practices.
* Operate in a variety of environments including construction sites, oilfields, and rural locations.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience operating dozers.
* Strong knowledge of GPS and grade control systems is an asset.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
* Ability to work long hours, weekends, and in various weather conditions.
* Physically fit and able to handle the demands of heavy equipment operation.
* Safety certifications such as CSTS, Ground Disturbance, and WHMIS 2015 are required.
