10' x 10' all metal frame, metal clad in and out, styrofoam-insulated SIP panel walls and ceiling. MGO board subfloor does not support mold. Vinyl plank flooring. 3 years old. Designed to be portable, presently set on sidewalk blocks.
Improvements made include underfloor rockwool R14 insulation enclosed by metal cladding, an electrical receptacle wired through wall, and electric baseboard heat with wall thermostat and about 40' of NMWU10 cable wired through wall. Was moved to present site North of Birch Hills on sliding deck auto rescue truck.
Was used for half a year as a summer residence by someone with acute sensitivity to mold, no longer needed!
