The apartment is the second floor of a quintessential Victorian triplex, steps from City Hall. This private guest room is located at the back of the apartment. My bedroom, and another guest room that may be rented out (solo renters only), are located at the front of the apartment. The parking lot is behind the house, just off the back deck.

The room contains a new queen bed, a desk & chair, a large dresser, a bedside table, a ceiling fan, a window A/C unit, and a closet.
