Job Summary
This position is for a Temporary Tilt Deck Truck Operator who will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the tilt deck. The ideal candidate will have experience with hydraulic equipment and a strong focus on safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
• Equipment Operation: Operate tilt deck trucks to load and unload vehicles or heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Safety Protocols: Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintenance Checks: Perform regular checks on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
• Experience: Previous experience with heavy machinery or similar equipment.
• Certifications: Valid driver's license; a Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class 3 with air brake endorsement.
• Physical Ability: Ability to perform tasks that require lifting objects of up to 50 pounds.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with colleagues and supervisors is crucial.
