Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Ensure all equipment is ready for operation for the day.
• Assisting in repairs and modifications as needed.
• Clean up of any spills and production materials in the plant, reporting to foreman as required.
• Preventative maintenance of machinery as required as directed by plant operator.
• Completion of required paperwork.
• Following safety policy and procedures.
• Additional tasks as required by supervisor.
• Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Previous experience working in an industrial plant is an asset.
• Welding and electrical background would be an asset but not required.
• Have a reliable means of transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, routinely lift up to 50lbs, and comfortable working in environment with noise and dust.
• Must be hardworking and works well with others.
