About Us:
We are a fast-growing custom apparel business serving the real estate industry and beyond. As we expand our in-house production capabilities, we're seeking a talented **Screen Printer** to join our team. This is an essential, hands-on role with the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing company.

The Role:
We're looking for a part-time screen printer with **at least 1 year of experience** in screen printing. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a tight-knit, passionate team. This is an **in-person position** and offers flexible part-time hours (20–30 hours/week).

Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate manual or automatic screen printing equipment
* Burn screens, mix inks, and align jobs for production
* Perform quality checks on printed garments
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
* Assist with machine maintenance as needed
* Work collaboratively with the production and design teams

Preferred Experience:

* Familiarity with embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Ricoma, Brother) *
* Ability to hoop garments, thread machines, and run embroidery jobs
* Willingness to assist with embroidery production when needed

* Minimum 1 year of experience in screen printing
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
