L'appartement est au troisième étage avec deux grandes chambres à coucher, une énorme cuisine et deux balcons. La chambre du devant à son propre balcon et de grandes fenêtres pour pouvoir profiter pleinement des journées ensoleillées. Il y a aussi beaucoup de rangement, avec deux placards dans le corridor.

Le loyer est de 1850$ pour l'appart au complet, ou 925$ pour la chambre, eau chaude inclue. La laveuse/sécheuse sont directement dans l'appartement et la facture d'électricité est au max 80 par mois pendant l'hiver.

Rent is $1850 for the place or $925 for the room, and includes water heating. There is in-unit laundry and electricity is max about $80/mo in the winter months.
