The tank includes everything pictured. It is fully cycled and has been running for almost 8 months now. It is heavily planted with rotala, sessiflora, moss, swords, salvinia, etc. the tank substrate is 100% fluval biostratum and maintened with Calgary tap water and conditioner. It has wild type neocaridinas and two cherries and a small magenta mystery. Won't take the tank apart will just lower the water level to make it easy for transfer. Be able to carry it but I will help if needed. All supplies are either half or rarely used so still lots of stuff in them. Located in abbeydale/abbercove area message me for any questions.
