Job Title: Skilled Construction Worker

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable construction worker. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction, including framing, drywall, carpentry, concrete, and general site labor.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform physical labor on construction sites including lifting, carrying, and operating power tools.
Assist with building, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures.
Follow blueprints, plans, and project instructions accurately.
Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely.
Ensure job site safety and cleanliness at all times.
Collaborate with foremen, subcontractors, and other crew members.

Qualifications:

Proven and verifiable experience in general construction. (Must provide two references from past employers)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
Ability to use heavy machinery or specialized tools.
