We are an existing part-time Karate dojo looking for our own space for full-time classes. It must be at least 1000sqft open space , minimum 1 washroom and parking available for multiple cars. Second floor or basement ok. Sublease or share could work too, as long as we have our private space. Desired area is South Barrie but we might consider other areas also.
