The is a very please Swiss made manual commercial comb binder / hole punch that was originally purchased by the Alberta Goverment. The only falt I can see is that the plastic tray that catches the punch tabs is gone. I should have a plastic tray that will work if needed. I will also provide one package of .25 inch GBC combs with this comb binder.

Dont mistake this for a cheaply made knock off or competing brand. This has commercial grade cutting dyes and mechanism. Retail value on one of these is $1325 USD, however I see some site that have sold them new at $650 CAD.
