Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and hard-working Construction Laborer/Truck Driver to assist with on-site construction tasks and haul materials and debris between job sites using a manual transmission truck.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive a manual transmission truck safely between job sites for hauling materials and site cleanup.
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
• Assist with general labor tasks on construction sites including demolition, framing, cleanup, and other duties as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members.

Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Proven ability to drive a 1 ton manual transmission truck.
• Prior experience in construction or general labor preferred.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Preferred:
• Experience driving larger trucks (e.g., flatbeds, dump trucks).
• OSHA certification or other safety training a plus.
