Freight and Shipping Technologies is looking for a highly motivated Freight Lead Generation & Scheduling Associate to support our business development efforts by identifying and connecting with shippers, manufacturers, and other businesses that need freight transportation services across North America.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients
Introduce our freight and logistics services professionally
Set up meetings with new clients – including shippers, manufacturers, distributors, and warehouses
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups
Collaborate with the sales team to support overall client acquisition goals
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales
Familiarity with logistics or B2B sales is an asset
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit targets
