Queen bed in front with storage underneath, bathroom has a good size tub. New awning cloth and trailer battery last year with two up to date 30# propane tanks and tires with 75% tread remaining. Trailer is in good overall shape for the year it does have minor wear and tear with minor Lino cracks and decal wear on the exterior. Will include equalizing hitch and sway bar. Dry weight-5095lbs, hitch weight l-560lbs.
