We are saying goodby to our Camper. Model 230BH. We have loved this one, but time to downsize, as our grandchildren don't camp with us anymore. Sleeps 6. Queen bed with new mattress, 2 bunks and a fold down dinette. Has AC, propane furnace with updated digital thermostat, hot water heater, clean, three way 6 cu ft dual door refrigerator. All windows have updated black out blinds. Outside we have recent tires and wheels and an extra rear mounted storage cabinet. We never cook inside and the outdoor cabinet has room to carry 2 folding tables, a shelf and step stool for outdoor use. Only the shelf is included, we need them for our new camper. New awning material 4 years ago. The roof has been checked and resealed twice. It is still winterized. If you buy it, I will show you how to get it ready for camping. This is a light weight camper. 3,300 pounds dry weight. With a weeks supply of food and our gear it weights 4080 pounds. Truly lightweight for its size.
