Kona**

Born May 10, 2020, is a beautiful Redbone Coonhound crossed with a Black & Tan Coonhound. Her owners have had her since she was 8 weeks old but as they began having children two years ago, Kona developed resource guarding and is not doing well with little people (growling etc.).

Kona is looking for her forever home which would have no children or other small pets (she loves adults and big dogs). And because she's a hound, she would not do well in an apartment. She likes the sound of her own voice, and not all appreciate 'hound song'. She is NOT a hunting dog.

She loves to suntan or sleep on the couch (or her bed or yours). She is a dream on a leash, is fully crate trained (she loves her crate!) and was e-collar trained so she has amazing recall (for a hound!). She loves to be lazy but is ready to play fetch whenever she can.

Kona is spayed, has all her vaccines and would come with everything you would need to bring her into your home (crates, beds, dishes, leashes, collars and a whole lot of outfits and bandanas).

She has zero separation anxiety, but she is going to miss her family who she loves very much, so she may need some adjustment time before she settles in.
