Seeking a Chef or Sous Chef with Italian restaurant experience.
Duties:
Prepare food to standards
Manage inventory, requisitions
Know menu items
Follow safety/kitchen policies
Requirements:
3 years in Italian kitchen
Knife skills, Mediterranean cuisine
3 years hospitality management
Positive attitude, flexible schedule
Strong kitchen/quality control
Eligible to work in Canada
