Job Summary:
Envision Fundraising Inc. is searching for a Fundraising Campaign Organizer! The right candidate for this role is responsible for leading a team of fundraisers to achieve their targets and represent the client(s) properly. This role involves managing the team's daily performance, providing training and support, fundraising personally, strategizing expansion and growth and reporting on progress to Envision Fundraising.
Key Responsibilities/Duties Summary:
1. Morning Meetings: Lead daily workshops and motivating morning meetings to motivate and brief the team on goals, targets, and strategies.
2. Deal Totals and Reporting: Track and report on daily sales and fundraising totals, identifying areas for improvement and providing insights to Envision Fundraising.
3. Team Management: Manage the team in the field, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
4. Training and Development: Train new team members on sales techniques, fundraising strategies, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
5. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address underperformance.
6. Communication: Maintain open communication with Envision, providing regular updates on team performance, sales totals, and any challenges or concerns.
7. Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, high personal acquisitions and commitment to achieving sales and fundraising goals. Organize conferences and meetings. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
8. Fundraising: Direct fundraising drives. Participate in fundraising activities for Envision clients, including charity and non-profit organizations.
