Landscape Team Lead $22 per hour / Crew Member $20-$21 per hour
DUTIES:
-Supervise and lead a crew of 2-4 workers
-Read and execute landscape plans
-Ensure quality control and time management on site
Crew Member:
-Assist with installation of sod, gardens, patios, interlock, and other landscape features
-Operate small machinery (e.g blowers, trimmers, lawnmowers)
-Load/unload tools and materials
-Follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team
REQUIREMENTS (ALL POSITIONS):
-Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
-Minimum 3 years landscaping experience ( more for team lead)
-Valid driver license ( Team lead must have G license and clean record)
-Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
