Looking for a housekeeper to do any and all tasks to maintain the home and cleanliness for a retired couple in South Lancaster.

Starting at $25/hr Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting at 10am to 1/2/3pm (3-5hrs per shift)

General routine cleanings, plus detailed, deep cleanings of one room each shift, top to bottom, wash walls, windows inside and out, furniture and underneath.

Occasional other tasks to be completed such as shopping for cleaning supplies and paper products, light bulbs and changing them throughout the home as needed. Also seasonal cleaning and packing/unpacking of outdoor furniture, no annual light cleaning of cars and change floor mats, clean the China cabinet and contents seasonally etc.

If more hours are desired, gardening is also a possibility.
