Heavenly Havanese Purebred CKC Registered Champion Showline Puppies for sale.

This is a beautiful litter of four CKC registered purebred Havanese puppies (all female). The Havanese breed is known for its sweet and beautiful well-mannered temperament. Many people do not realize that Havanese are a type of bichon and often what is found in crossbred bichon mixes. They are a cousin to the Bichon Frise; similar in size and attitude. Both are very intelligent dogs and historically were often used in the circus. Havanese were also often used in the circus; as they are very colourful, they would often act as entertainers with the circus clowns. These breeds thrive to please people and are known as happy little clown dogs as they get joy out of entertaining.

Most Havanese coats tend to be silky and smooth although they can have wavy and even curly coats. Most of our dogs tend to have silkier coats with some waves although we still get one or two with a bit more curls. Havanese are also known as the “Rainbow Dog” as unlike their white curly cousins, they come in a very wide variety of colours. Their coats also change colour depending on the age of the dog as a puppy, youth, or adult as well as the length of the coats. Many of the coats, especially those with tipping, change into an ombre effect as they grow in length. Eye colour and nose colour is also more variant in Havanese. Brown eyes are classic but there are also rare blue, green, and hazel eyes possible. Nose colour may also be classic black or chocolate found in more rare colourings which also often come with rare eye colours.

Havanese are known to be good with children, the elderly, and other pets. These dogs today are still used in agility training as well as many obedience and trick shows, such as the classic dance move dogs often seen as a newer style in show rings today. They are also people pleasing little lap dogs that love their humans. They make perfect companion dogs and emotional support pets. They adapt into many homes easily as a small dog. Havanese are hypoallergenic and have very low shedding coats. These dogs are often tolerated more than other animals by people who suffer sensitivity to pet dander. Due to their high intelligence, loving nature and warm disposition, many use this breed for emotional support and medical assistance dogs. Some of our puppies previously rehomed are currently working as emotional support dogs. If interested, I can provide information on how to register your dog as an emotional support dog.

All puppies will come with a vet check, first set of vaccinations, microchipped to ensure identification of the dog for showing purpose and registration. Puppies are sold as pets only unless written and approved breeder's rights have been documented. We require this, as breeding is a responsibility and should only be done with dogs with good reputable bloodlines as well as good practices. There are too many people today breeding puppies that do not even know the bloodlines or background of what they are doing. This floods the population with poor genetics and brings down the level of quality of all the breed population. Not to mention many complications can happen with puppy whelping and delivery. Experience is essential. We were trained by two main kennels and appreciate all their years of experience and support. Pooch Palace taught us everything we know from start to finish with raising puppies and also helped us understand breeding for qualities in crossbreeding programs. We have retired our crossbreed program (formerly Pawsitively Adorable!) and no longer own any of these dogs. We decided to move into purebred Havanese only (Heavenly Havanese) as CKC has other levels of rules and regulations for breeding programs and dog pedigrees that can be tracked and proven for health, genetics, and quality much more effectively. CKC breeders also have to stand by a certain level of professionalism as their registration can be taken away if they are not abiding by the rules and regulations. Specialty Kennels has been a huge help for us in helping to understand and formulate a good purebred program. Both of these kennels have over 50 years experience in breeding dogs and have shared this wealth of experience with us over the last 10 years helping us get to this level and point of respectable practice today. This level of training is valuable in a breeding program as it will come out in the quality of pups as well as the health of the dogs. We encourage you to check out breeders and their programs before purchasing from backyard breeders. We are very small, only owning 2 adult dogs now but we have had almost 10 years experience breeding and raising puppies supported by several ethical good breeders who have supported and trained us at various stages and levels.

The current litter is the result of breeding Augustus (sire) with Ruby (dame).

Augustus (sire) is a handsome and intelligent Apricot Sable male that is a CKC registered purebred Havanese. He is from a long line of champion show winners. With several of his close relatives such as his grandfather taking titles such as Best in Breed, Best in Alberta, and Best Stud. Augutus has gorgeous dark brown eyes, black nose, silky hair with a bit of wave, beautiful tricoloured apricot sable coat. He loves to show off tricks, has taken advanced obedience training, and has some advanced skills in tricks. Augustus is very intelligent and loves to be the center of attention. He is a young male stud at 3 years old but has already proven as a great bloodline having sired several beautiful, successful, healthy litters.

Ruby (dame) is a beautiful people-pleasing sweetheart red parti female that is a CKC registered purebred Havanese with rare hazel eyes, chocolate nose, and rare red parti colouring (Ruby). Her colouring combination is quite unique and her eyes look almost human-like in nature, emotion, and intelligence. She is a gentle sweetie that loves to make people smile. She will snuggle for hours then entertain you with her bounce and tricks. Her hazel eyes almost look golden at times with a human-like appearance in the sunlight making her quite a unique gem. This is Ruby's first litter as she is a young female approaching 2 years old. She has made a wonderful mom and all her pups have been vet checked having their first set of vaccinations. Ruby like Augustus also comes from a long line of show stopping bloodlines. Her mother was another excellence title earner as both of these dogs can testify. Our purebred Havanese dogs have come from reputable breeding bloodlines that have been raising Havanese show dogs with great success for over 50 years.

Our puppies come from reputable bloodlines. They are well socialized and provided with individual care. Puppies have their first set of vaccinations, health record, deworming, and come with a health warrantee for any major genetic disorders. Puppies also come with a free offer for the first month of Canada's top pet insurance through Trupanion (continued insurance is optional) as well as ongoing support as your dog breeder. We also send home a pet care starter package and provide you with tons of educational information that even experienced pet owners have appreciated. As you adopt one of our puppies we invite you into our puppy family with ongoing support with any of your dog related questions or concerns. If we don't know a solution or answer, we will either find the information or refer you to someone that does have the expertise such as a local vet or trainer.

Puppies are sold for $2500 with CKC registration. We encourage you to discuss with us your plans for your puppy as it may impact some of your choices from the litter. For example, what are desirable traits for breeding might not be the same for showing or for companionship. We do offer a referral program if someone has sent you to us. Please tell us who has sent you and if they are part of our puppy family we will offer a small discount. We also provide a discount for returning customers. A security deposit of $250 is required to hold any puppy. We provide temporary names to puppies for ease of identification. Owners may choose to keep or change names according to personal preference. If you change the name, we will also start to call the puppy the new name during our care to help the puppy adjust. Male puppies have names written in blue in the image. Female puppies have red names. The puppies are also listed in the birth order. Please refer to the temporary name provided to help us know which puppy you are interested in for your furry friend.

Puppy colours change as they develop from newborns into puppies and then again to adults. This is one of the joys watching your little Havanese rainbow dog grow. The descriptions are based on current newborn colour and best judgement at this point through our experience. However, adult colouring can not be guaranteed at any stage of puppy development. Havanese are known as the "rainbow dog" as colour changes can be quite dramatic and surprising.

Puppy 1 – Sable - is a beautiful darker tri-coloured apricot sable with some rare brindle markings. She is tri-coloured in pattern and appearance. Sable is a very pretty little girl dog that resembles her show stopping grandfather who has won many titles in the ring. She also resembles her father Augustus; another family beautiful sable. She has the potential to be a show winner. She has a lot of black and red tipping and her coat will dramatically change from short to long being a beautiful rainbow dog representation. She has a dark black nose and deep brown eyes. His face is accented with a beautiful mask. She has a white chest crest and chin tip points that are stunning against her darker sable colours. The tipping on her coat will definitely grow out to a multicoloured beauty. Sable will likely lighten some as she ages, gaining more of the apricot undercoats like her sable father Augustus. However, there are several points on her that are true black, blue black, and white that should remain part of the coat mix. It is wonderful to watch a coat such as this develop into a beautiful multicoloured layer. Sable should be average to small sized as an adult female. She is very bubbly and playful, making her also a great companion. All our dogs are very intelligent coming from championship breeding lines. Sable would thrive especially with older children that will enjoy taking her on adventures, teaching her tricks, or even agility training.

Puppy 2 – Petal – Petal has unique and rare colouring and is such a spitting image of her momma. This beautiful white-red parti girl with has the rare eye colour. Right now they appear blue grey with some golden hues. It is suspected they will turn hazel like her moms eyes. Eye colour can continue to evolve for a few more months. This eye colour gives a depth of intelligence into her gaze. Her eyes are very similar to the gems of her mom Ruby and will likely have the same human-like appearance as she matures. Her beautiful red mask has flecks of every colour, red, chocolate, black, gold, silver, and comes with a sweet white muzzle and blends of white through the center part of her head. She is an white-red parti with one large red patch near her tail and a red head and ears. Her head will likely lighten quite a bit in colouring as an adult but will keep most colouring in the ears and some around eyes. Petal will likely have a lot of tipping around the eyes so the colours will be much more predominant at longer lengths. She also has the rare liver nose like her mom Ruby. Petal should be an average sized adult female. She would make a great show dog or companion. Petal is also a very gentle sweet natured girl. She is definitely a cuddle, snuggle, lap dog that will make strong bonds with her forever home.

Puppy 3 - Bailey - SOLD - Bailey is a beautiful girl; a true red apricot. Bailey is a rare colour coat and desirable true red with apricot cream undertones. Bailey has some blends of sable and darker tips on her ears and around her eyes. Like her mom Ruby and sister Petal she shares some of the rare pigmentations. Eye colour can continue to evolve for a few more months. This eye colour gives a depth of intelligence into her gaze. Her eyes are very similar to the gems of her mom Ruby and will likely have the same human-like appearance as she matures. Her nose is a rare liver colour and eyes are the rare hazel. Bailey is a gentle puppy that also very intelligent. Bailey is the largest in the litter and has been the alpha dog. This will give her the desire to please and drive to learn. She will be an easy to train and bring love and joy to her forever home.

Puppy 4 – Squeaker – Squeaker is a beautiful golden champagne. She is very close in appearance to one of our former girls named Ella. Squeaker is an average sized category and likely to stay as a mid-sized female adult. She is a darling little girl. She is by personality one of the picks of the litter. She is super friendly and would make an excellent companion. Squeaker is very intelligent, has a dark black nose and deep brown eyes. Her silky champagne coat is golden throughout and lighter at the base. It will definitely show richer levels of shine as it grows longer. She also has the beauty and charm to be a show stopper in the ring.
Squeaker would make a wonderful addition to any family as a true forever friend.
