Townhouse/small grass coverage $30
Regular house $50
Large house/ oversized lots $80
Cut grass to be mulched and left or collected and taken away depends on preference.
Can trim edges, blow grass away from driveway as well.
As I have only a push mower, I can do mostly subdivision lots, no large rural lots.
