Office Position: Production Coordinator

Kletke Seed Farm Ltd is a North American leader in high-quality seed coating and seed cleaning, located southeast of Teulon, Manitoba. Our core business activities include cleaning forages (timothy and alfalfa), treating forage, canola and soybeans, repackaging corn, custom packaging, climate-controlled storage of product and seed distribution.

Kletke Seed Farm Ltd is seeking an individual to fill the Production Coordinator position to compliment our team. To succeed you should be professional, detail-oriented, be able to trouble shoot and problem solve, have critical thinking skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. We expect you to be punctual, organized and self-motivated, as well as be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creation of production documents, tags, placards, lip prints, etc.
- Seed sampling, mixing, dividing & packaging of seed samples, and shipping of seed samples
- Inventory control and data entry
- Invoicing
- General office duties
- Contribute to and participate in the success of our Integrated Management System

Education requirements:
- Grade 12
- Valid Manitoba Driver's license
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in SAP and Deacom are an asset
- Willing to obtain the Authorized Exporter Sampler certificate with CFIA and the Authorized Seed Sampler for ISTA certificates with 20/20 Seed Labs Inc if hired. Training expenses are covered by KSF.

Work Hours & Benefits:
- Office hours 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Full-time employment
- Wage is dependent on qualifications
- Eligible for health benefit package and matching RRSP
