I'm a local designer and woodworker looking for a secure, lockable space to use as a small woodshop 2–3 days a week. Ideal size would be a single or double garage, outbuilding, or part of a larger workshop.

What I'm looking for:

- Approximately 200–500 sq ft (1–2 car garage size)

- Must be lockable and have electrical access

- Budget: $200–300/month depending on size or open to trade/barter (custom work, signage, light carpentry)
