This unit has been great to own. I am the 2nd owner and I personally know the original owner. Always been well maintained. No leaks or signs of water intrusion at all. Everything works as it should. AC serviced end of last season. Stored in my shop with farm cats on duty so never have issues with mice.

I wish I could keep this unit. However a motorhome came available to me therefore this must go.
