My pups are fantastic, playful, non-shedding, hypo - allergenic (good choice for allergy prone families), de-wormed and dew claws removed. They will grow up to weigh between 10 to 16 lbs. usually. Although there has been one or two in my past litters that are on either sides of the usual weight. These pups are lovingly raised in my living room and are well socialized. A great companion for everyone. I start pee pad training at 3 1/2 to 4 wks old as well as experiencing short visits to the patio/backyard starting at 7 wks of age depending on the weather. The new owners will need to continue with the training. Puppy's and parents are 100% home raised. At bedtime (night) or when I go away from the house, the pups and mom are placed in the kennel/playpen area in my kitchen/TV room. This training ensures that they are safe and secure and are accustom to being in this type of area when you go out if you continue this training. I let people chose their pup and place a non-refundable deposit of $400 to keep their pup for you and your family. At 4 weeks of age, I do an ‘in person viewing time' to snuggle and cuddle! Be reminded that I live in Chilliwack, an hours drive but certainly worth it, all of my pup owners will agree. I share many pictures of the puppies growing/developing and videos of the litter on ‘Whatsapp'. I provide an extensive puppy package of: veterinarian health record and an opportunity to come with me to the vet's for their first vaccination and check up in Fleetwood/Surrey on June 20th, (microchip is available at a small extra cost of $55), a small bag of food that they have been raised on, a dental chew, a used bone for teething (no meat so not to cause diarrhea), a baby teething ring, a dog toy, a dog blanket that Mom and pups have used for comfort, over 70 page helpful hints/informational guide and a possible shopping list that I have written plus many more applicable articles in my booklet file. I will also show ‘Whatsapp' videos of: how to cut nails, trim hair at eyes, pads and privates (grooming). I will discuss: choice of beds, leashes/collars, brush/combs food/water dishes, kennel training, PLUS MUCH, MUCH MORE. The cost of each pup is $2000 (always a possibility of price increase with her next litter, next year). When you chose your pup-A non-refundable deposit of $400.00 is given to reserve your puppy.
