Hello! I am looking for a house to call home.

I have a 12 month old and an 18 year old. And would prefer to purchase my own but am not able to right now. So, I will treat yours as mine.

I hate when ppl say the have "OCD" cause most times then not it's not true. But... In this situation it is! I have a phobia of other peoples germs and hate touching ppl for that reason, when I move to new places I always have to buy a new showerhead, toilet seat and the window seals and what not need to be cleaned. I usually have my cleaner come in before or when I move in (cause I am picky when it comes to cleaning especially the bathroom and kitchen, I can't have cross contamination) Just for some examples.

I am currently in a house with a yard, pool, garage, shed and garden for 1400 utilities. My landlord is selling the property.

I would love to keep within that price range but am willing to go to 1600 for the right place and depending what's included. I am also open to an apartment/condo/townhome/duplex or house... ANYTHING really.

I would love to have a place to garden but, it is not a deal breaker.
