What We're Looking For:

At least two years of landscaping or related experience
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic
Leadership skills to manage and guide a crew effectively
A patient, professional, and customer-friendly approach
A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to work in all weather conditions
