What You'll Do:
Install HVAC sheet metal ductwork and components in both commercial and residential settings
Read and interpret mechanical drawings without breaking a sweat
Own your worksite — we're all about professionalism, pride, and efficiency
Work solo when needed and collaborate when it counts
Keep jobs moving, teach a few apprentices a thing or two, and keep standards high

What We're Looking For:
Journeyperson certification in Sheet Metal – must-have
Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in the field
You know the tools, the codes, and the shortcuts not to take
Can work independently and troubleshoot on-site
Respectful, reliable, and you don't ghost your crew
Bonus if you've got a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
