I am looking for a roomate to sublet a spare room in my apartment for 3 months - starting June 1st.
This apartment is a 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom unit located in central Kelowna.
You will have your own room and bathroom attached to bedroom (NOT furnished) , access to fully furnished kitchen and livingroom as well as access to the balcony that is also furnished. This unit has in-suite laundry. (You're may also bring your own kitchen supplies if needed)
This apartment is walking distance to Costco, Superstore, Fresco, Walmart, Starbucks, Mission creek and more! Bus stop for UBCO located right in front of the apartment, parking spot is available on site as well.

The monthly rent will be $950 this includes Wifi, Utilities and parking. Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
I am looking for 1 person (preferably female) who is working full time or a full time student. Someone who is responsible, quiet and respectful to the apartment and belongings.
