Located near PRHC, this would be a great spot for a student in a healthcare program as it's a 15 min walk to the hospital for clinical placements. There's various grocery stores nearby and there is card operated laundry in the building. Parking can be an issue as there are limited parking spaces per unit and with free visitor parking being limited. However there are bus stops located just in front of the building/across the road and around the corner, with the routes going to and from Trent/Fleming.

The current tenants are two young women who have furnished the common areas, one a new grad from Trent and myself, a healthcare worker. There are 3 free-roaming cats in the unit, so we wouldn't be able to accept any additional animals that aren't cage/tank pets that can be kept in the bedroom.
Rent is $738 a month, which includes water heat wifi, with hydro being a separate monthly bill. If you currently do not have tenant insurance, you are able to join the current tenants in splitting the cost of the insurance already in place for less than $5/monthly. First and last months rent required.
