For proof that it works, my wife and I spent 3/4 of a year living in it from June to March. At 30 degrees and hotter in summer and down to -40 and colder during the winter.

A propane cook stove with four burners (can be switched to natural gas) did an excellent job of making bread, pies, cakes, casseroles, fried eggs, toast, pancakes, tea, coffee, hot water for washing dishes or taking a bucket bath like in the old days.
A propane mini fridge/freezer (also runs on 110V or 12V) kept our veggies and leftovers cool and our ice cream frozen.
Counter top and sink.
3600 WATT EcoFlow battery. Can be charged with generator, solar, wind or 12V plugin. Charges in as little as 4 hours and lasts for almost a week when used mostly for cabin lights and charging phones. It can power just about any kitchen appliance. New price is around $3600 and I bought it new in 2024.
