It sleeps 5 and includes a built-in A/C, de-humidifier & heat unit, 3 way fridge, 2 burner stovetop, furnace and attached awning. It weighs only 646 K and is easy to pull with an SUV or mini-van. All electrical is in good working condition. This tent trailer shows normal wear & tear and banding around tabletop needs repair or replacing. She's clean and ready for the campground!
