We're hiring a short-term cash worker to help with property services. This role has the potential to turn into a full-time position for the right individual. If you work hard, I will hire you!

Work Includes (but not limited to):

- Commercial lawn care – large properties involving constant bending, lifting, mowing, trimming, and moving
- Parking lot maintenance – crack sealing, line painting, pothole repair
- Shop work – loading/unloading materials, organizing, basic upkeep
- General labor – assisting with tasks as needed across various job sites
- Other duties within the scope of property services

Requirements:

- Must be physically able to perform demanding outdoor labor
- Reliable, on time, and able to follow direction
- Transportation to the shop each day.
- No experience necessary, but it's a bonus

Pay: $20/hour
Cash paid weekly at the end of each workweek

Expectations:
If you can show up and do what's asked, you'll be welcomed back every day. If you whine, complain, or avoid work, this job isn't for you. We're looking for people who work hard, stay focused, and take pride in what they do.


Weekdays with flexible hours depending on the workload, expect to work a minimum of 8 and up to 12 hours a day if needed. Each day can vary!
