Just like new, it's absolutely amazing for those with office jobs, or recovering from surgery, or just want to keep the circulation circulating while watching your favourite show. It is rated 4&1/2 star out of 5, it has a retention knob for easier or harder & everything in between also it's digital so let's you know how much and how long/hard no one would even know you were using it unless you told them for its soundless. I bought mine 3yrs ago after having my hips replaced & 1 knee and it worked so well I didn't even need any rehabilitation. Now I'm out biking & hiking so it's time to pass it on. I paid $369.00 plus tax now I see there going for $319.00 plus tax, so I think $225.00 OB is fair
