Pop up trailer in great condition. No rips or tears in the canvas, clean. Fridge, furnace, lights, water pump, tires and bearings in good condition and driving lights all work. The floors and roof are solid and no leaks. There's a mattress for the queen side, and two new air mattresses (still in box) for the single side. Cushions and table turn into another double sleeping spot. There's a small tear on the plastic window with has been taped closed. The base of the table has a crack so the pole and table wobble. I lost the outside vent cover for the fridge in travel, bought new cover but they're black and not white. The step to get into the trailer is loose so I used a stool or a jack. Ownership in hand and ready for May Long weekend! Have additional pictures, just ask! Currently open and ready to be viewed 6 pm every evening this week!
