I'm selling this trailer for my parents who are retired. They are the second owners. They've done lots of upkeep and maintenance. Roof has been completely seal coated. Four manual scissor jacks. Toilet replaced. Two solar panels on the roof 100W each. Victron smart shunt to Lithium ion phosphate battery. All done in the last two years. All work done has been for preventative maintenance.

Everything works that we know of. We've recently tested everything. Tires are four years old. Awning in good shape. Propane tanks are full and everything is de-winterized and tested. Does not have a lot of miles on it as it was mostly kept at a seasonal lot during the summer. There is a solar generator that can be sold separately that can be discussed during showing.
