" Offering pool cleaning, opening/closing service for the 2025 summer season in the NORTH EAST and SOUTH EAST Winnipeg area.

We are a couple-team with about 5 years experience. Opening up spots for a few more respectful clientele as we only chose to start up this season for a few customers who specifically want us to service their pool and equipment, as they got to know our work ethic when we did work for Cabana Pool services. My spouse has over 25 years experience in trades, we also schedule him in for other maintenance/pump/filter replacement service, around his full time job.

Complete opening cost: $400.00
Includes tarp removal and spray down, system assembly, system start up test, chem test and initial shock treatment for when the pool is then topped up by the customer. We come back the next day(unless it's a safety cover opening ) to start the system when the water level is up. (Topping up the water is the customers duty, unless you have a safety cover and the water level is already up, this is all done on the same day. )
We have 2 spots to book for complete opening: MAY 31 and JUNE 8 (we schedule around my husband's full time job.) Customer can add a 20% discounted cleaning session immediately after opening if they choose and there water level is correct to do so.

*************Summer cleaning:***************
We have a few slots to fill for 1 day/week and 2 day/week cleaning. Includes, vacuuming, leaf skimming, backwashing/system check, water test and chem balancing. (Typically booking in 4 weeks at a time, but payment due after each day serviced.)
1 day/week fee: $130.00 per visit (**CUSTOMER IS REQUIRED TO EMPTY THE SKIMMER AND DO THE NEEDED BACKWASHING BETWEEN THESE ONCE A WEEK VISITS, TO AVOID GOING GREEN. THIS IS FOR THE MORE SELF SUFFICIENT CUSTOMERS WHO JUST WANT AN EXTRA SKILLED HAND WITH BALANCING LEVELS AND SYSTEM CHECKS.)
2 day/week fee: $100.00 per visit
(**CUSTOMER STILL NEEDS TO KEEP THE SKIMMER BASKET CLEAR OF DEBRIS BETWEEN VISITS.)

Cartridge filter cleaning is an added service cost: $120.00 This requires a second cartridge set to install, while we remove the dirty one, take it to our space to soak in a muriatic acid bath, rince, dry and bring back to the customer. This service is only available for our cleaning customers.

All service payments are due upon our arrival, via etransfer to the contact provided up on booking. "
